Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Patties

This patty is good. I agree with some other reviewers that next time I'd use only half the envelope of dry onion soup. Also, I followed someone's advice and didn't fry them - I formed the patty, dredged it in bread crumbs, then baked on a greased cookie sheet for about 20 minutes. I warmed the soup on the stove and spooned it over the patty on each plate. Also, I'd like to try a different sauce instead of the cream of mushroom soup -- between the dry onion soup mix, and the cream of onion soup, it had too much of a 'canned soup' feel. But overall, the patty itself is good and can be adjusted to suit different tastes.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I agree with the others that this is very good. But I would like to add that unless you're a potato fan, you might cut down the amount of potatoes by a half cup or so, and toss in one of the other recommended veggies for variety. Otherwise, I wouldn't change anything!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Really good - perfect football game snack! I followed tips of the other reviewers and 1) used bleu cheese dressing instead of ranch, and 2) layered the dip rather than mix it all together. The layered dip looked very attractive in a glass dish, and didn't turn as 'orange' as the other reviewer commented. A great recipe!

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread

This was good. I skipped the applesauce and diced two Macintosh apples instead. Next time I'll follow other reviewer's suggestions and use only 1/2 packet of the oatmeal on the top.

Country Apple Dumplings

I'll agree that these were very tasty, but I'm wondering how other people fit 16 of these in one 9X13 pan? I ended up splitting them over two pans. Came out good, even better with a spoonful of vanilla ice cream.

Tasty Tuna Burgers

These were very tasty, but mine were too soggy and fell apart. Next time I think I'd decrease the Mayo and increase the bread crumbs to 3/4 cup. Also, I added a grated carrot for some extra veggies. Good enough to try again, hopefully they'll come out a bit firmer next time.

I was looking forward to making these, based on the reviews, but for some reason mine came out gummy. They weren't light or fluffy as I expected. I didn't alter the ingredients because the reviews sounded so good. I wouldn't make them again.

Meatiest Vegetarian Chili from your Slow Cooker

I followed the recipe fairly accurately, but for some reason, the tofu didn't blend in well. It looked very unappealing - little white blobs floating in it. The chili smelled great, and probably would have been very good, but we couldn't get past the weird look of it. Maybe I did something wrong? But I was disappointed as this got so many great reviews.
