Too Much Chocolate Cake
Delicious cake. I followed other reviewer's advice and cut the oil back to 3/4 cup. Also used 1/2 cup less chocolate chips. Came out great. I made 2 round cakes and frosted it for a birthday cake, rather than bundt.

Cheesy Italian Pull Apart Bread
This was really good! I don't like the taste of refrigerated biscuit rolls so I substituted a simple recipe for Italian bread dough, and followed the rest of the recipe exactly. Excellent recipe!

Fire-Roasted Tomato and Spinach Pasta
I made this as described and found it very bland. I should have followed the suggestions to add more garlic and other seasonings, but I like to try it as written the first time. Definately needs something to wake it up - has promise.
