Aloha Chicken

This was quick and easy. I added a little red pepper to give it a little more flavor. The kids ate it and hubby thought it was "ok" so it will make the rotation again.

I added a can of cream style corn and I used frozen shredded potatoes (easier and quicker), and my family loved it. Garnish with cheddar cheese and serve with cornbread. I will definately keep this in my rotation.

Meaty Tomato Soup

This was a hit. My six year old asked for the leftovers for breakfast the next morning. I substituted ground turkey and served this with parm. cheese and a salad. Yummy and healthy.
