Tried with apple cider vinegar because we couldn't find rice vinegar. Still excellent! One of the best recipes I've tried in awhile.

I've been making these for years now, but I'm only now getting around to reviewing them. The name says it all. They are in fact the best chocolate chip cookies. I used to think it was the butter flavored crisco, but now I just think it is the milk chocolate chips. Mmm.

We made this tonight for eggs benedict with smoked salmon. It was easy and delicious. We put it in the microwave on the warm setting. It got it nice and settled for us while we cooked the eggs and english muffins. We've never made hollandaise sauce before because we don't have a double boiler. This is crazy easy to make.
