My desesed Mom's recipes such as home made pierogies, noodles and sausages, potato pancakes, and all the new food recipes I cook with my daughter. Jambalaya for 25, I catered all the food for 100 people for my husband's 45th surprise party. very year I host a 3 day Octoberfest Party for any whres from 15 to 50 people at our vacation home on the Delaware River in the Catskills, NY.
