Iced Tea II
I used said amount of water, tea and suger added the freash peel on one lemon and brought it all to the simmer together and took out the tea bags once i had it as strong as i like. then i added the juice from the peeled lemon and it was perfect! Thanks for the recipe, after having spent years living in KS and moving back to NZ i had hankering for it as we dont have it here.

Jimmbo's Garlic Knots
I use this recie all the time now to feed a flat full of 5 adults. I make my own pizza dough and let the oil infuse while the strips are baking. I use any chees i have and just a little its not the cheese that makes it. then spoon it over for equal coverage and let it rest. Theres never any leftovers.

Cajun Cabbage with Rice
This is an awesome recipe! I did change it a little so that i have a one pot meal ready in 30 mnutes. I cook 3 cups of rice in the microwave while browning the meat and add a layer of cabbage in the middle. No one even relizes they are eating and enjoying cabbage! this feeds 4 adults with leftovers for lunch.
