My cooking triumphs
I believe when I started making soups......I always felt that they could have more to them, until I was offered money for 3 of my recipes! I turned the money away, very pleased with the offer, but yet still walked back into my kitchen proud of my accomplishments.
My cooking tragedies
I had an Oyster party that was reserved months in advance, i ordered my Oysters fresh, to be brought in the day of the party. My heart sank when all 2000 oysters were spoiled and contaminated......my clients rescheduled for the following month and still gave me and my crew a great recommendation!
