Broccoli Rice Casserole
I made this dish for my boyfriend and friends, and we all thought this dish was delicious! Very cheesy, and very good. I did add some crushed red pepper (personal preference) and I used crushed Cheez-Its on the top of half, which added another dimension of cheese flavor. All together a delicious recipe that I will definitely make again!

Spinach Cheese Pasta
We found this dish to be somewhat bland. I did use ricotta instead of cottage cheese as others suggested, but it still wasn't a hit. I don't I will be making this one again.

Mike's Taco Dip
I made used this recipe as a base for a new years party and it was a total hit! The pan was literally scraped clean. For mine, I omitted the lemon juice and soy sauce. I kept the hot sauce (which was what initially attracted me to this recipe). I used kidney beans instead of refried, and added some jalepenos on the top. Once prepared, I put it in the oven at ~375 degrees for about 5 minutes (just long enough for the cheese on top to melt). The inside was still cool and the melted cheese was delicious!
