No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Loved this!! We made sure the cream cheese was softened at room temperature before we made the filling - the filling turned out smooth and velvety. And we didn't add anything special to the top - I offered whipped cream and chocolate sauce, but no one wanted it. It's perfect the way it is! (Oh, but I did use an Oreo crust instead of graham cracker.)

Buttermilk Pancakes I
So good!!! We actually made 900 of these (57 recipes) for a college conference group this weekend. They were a hit!

Pudding Poke Cake
I was short on ingredients, and this cake was perfect! I used white cake mix. I also used cook and serve chocolate pudding for the filling, then chilled for about an hour, then used instant chocolate pudding for the "frosting." YUM!!
