This was so juicy and YUMMY!! I put half of the glaze on bottom and the rest on top. I covered with aluminum foil for 50 min. and uncovered for 10 min. I did use bread crumbs and also put some oats in mine. My three year old picky eater ate two helpings in no time. That is a winner for me!!!!!

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

This was good.....we usually make it a different way but this recipe had a quicker cooking time so we tried it. About ten minutes before it was done I added four big slices of velvetta cheese on top and some salsa. I think that made it even better.....if you are looking for quick and easy this is a good recipe.

Monday Night Hot Wing Dip

This is always a HUGE hit no matter when I make it. This is really a great dip and you can be guaranteed you will be coming home with an empty dish.

T's Sweet Potato Fries

These are good. Mine did not turn out real well because I over spiced them. My tip is do NOT coat in oil and coat in seasoning mix. One, they cook way too fast and two, they are so seasoned it just makes them taste bad and your REALLY thirsty all night. SO, I will be making them again will lightly coat them. They would be good drizzled with olive oil and sprinkle some garlic and parmesan cheese.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

I did half the batch exactly by the recipe and the other half with a tsp of vanilla. I was not impressed either method. Will be sticking to shake n pours....:)

Baked Scallops

I had the small bay scallops so I dipped each one and then coated with dry mixture. I then poured remaining butter and mixture across 13x9 pan. Baked for 20 min and broiled for 5 min. I made garlic & olive oil noodles with these on top. It tasted just like you would find at a good italian resteraunt. I topped it off with a french baguette drizzled with butter & olive oil. Very pleased.

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

This was great!! I had salmon so I used that instead of the tilapia. Per other reviews I added more seasonings. I used minced onions,basil and a seasoning salt. I baked for 15 min. drizzled some olive oil and flipped and baked for another couple minutes. My husband made a tartar sauce and we spread it on like icing to our salmon. DELICIOUS!!!! We are not big fish eaters but this will be a continued recipe in our house.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Simple Spinach Salad

This was a great and easy salad. Made just like shown on the recipe. The dressing is like a seven layer salad so nice and sweet. My husband and I were very pleased.

Apple-Berry Pie

SOOOO good I could have licked the plate. I made this just as the recipe calls for. However, I did add one more tsp of tapioca per other reviewers. It did not seem to help. It was really juicy turned out to be more like a cobbler than a pie. Even so it was REALLY good!!!!
