Quick and Easy Clam Chowder
Wow, a great started recipe for easy chowder, fun to add different "cream of" soups, seasonings, and other seafood.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
Such a great basic recipe, fun to experiment with different cheeses. The mustard gives it a wonderful flavor to compliment the cheese.

Cranberry Walnut Relish I
A real hit! I doubled the recipe, and used 1 jar orange marmalade and 1 jar apricot preserves, then froze half of it. Served with Thanksgiving dinner and then thawed the frozen relish for Christmas dinner. The frozen batch was even better!!!
