Foolproof Rib Roast
I was scared because I bought a standing boneless rib roast on sale for $2 a pound. I thought at that price it might not be that good so I was looking for a recipe that would cook it slowly. This turned out great! I couldn't believe how good my roast was, very tender. Used the seasoning as stated except I substituted some of the salt for seasoning salt.

Baked Potato Soup
One of the best recipes on this site. I tried a few of the different potato soup recipes on here and this one(with slight tweeking to my taste) is the best! I used 5 bacon instead of 3 and used slightly less pepper and basil and salt, however I did add 3 cloves garlic. The first batch seemed like the seasoning was a little overpowering. I also used 2 cups chicken broth 2 cups milk and the half and half, with 3 large potatoes. The produce store I shop at sells sourbread soup bowls that I use to serve this soup in. This has made it into my weekly dinner rotation and is now my favorite meal! Thank you so much for sharing.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
My husband's co-worker gave him a mixed tin of cookies at Christmas. These were in there and were by far the best cookies of the bunch. I found this recipe so I could make my own. Her's ended up being better (less peanut-buttery). I asked him to get the recipe from her. It turned out to be the same recipe, but she happened to run out of peanut-butter so she had used less. I think it's even better if you half the peanut butter. Also the cooking time on this recipe falls a little short. Add a couple of extra minutes. Overall a GREAT cookie!
