I am a mom of a beaituful little girl. I love to cook and spend time with people I care about. I love reading, writing, photography, listening to music and watching movies. I am a pretty easy going person. I love to cook Mexican food and breakfast foods, they are my favorites! Honestly I like cooking anything that sounds good or things that sound bad but taste good. I love cooking with my mom, I hope one day my daughter and I can have that same tradition. If it wasn't for my mom I wouldn't be nearly as good as a cook as I am today. Thanks mom! I have favorite herbs and spices that I love to use such as paprika or smoked paprika (my favorites), cumin, cayanne and Nickie spice (my moms invention). I made meatloaf for the first time tonight, and it was fantastic, there was nothing left. I love it when people come and eat everything, thats when you know you have satisfied the tastebuds. I can't remember exactly, but it was something along the Asian food line. It wasn't aweful just not that great. But I do make the best eggrolls!
