These were amazing! I had a hard time keeping on the cookie rack cooling, everyone just came and stole multiples at a time! Making the batter I had my doubts, because of the sour cream it did smell a little funky to me. But when they came out of the oven they were ahhh-mazing! Also I did have a little trouble with the icing, but I just added more confectioner sugar and it turned out fine! I do agree that the icing was more citrus-y then the actual cookie, but together they were a smash!!!! great recipe!!! I will definitely make them again!!!

easy recipe my pit bull couldn't wait for the next batch, He is doing tricks that I never knew that he knew!!! Although the dough was a little dry I added 2 tbls of chicken broth. I will try the peanut butter next time! Instead of a cookie cutter I used a shot glass and got a total of 47 treats! 2 paws up!!

To me this was an okay recipe. Although my boyfriend can't say that. He devoured them! After reading some reviews I went ahead and used 1/2 cup of oil, everything worked out fine:) Also I used lemon juice from concentrate. I think that thats why I didn't fall in love with them. To me I really didn't taste any lemon at all. Also I did powder them with powder sugar. But again I'll say that this is an okay recipe if you use lemon concentrate, next time I'm definitely using fresh lemon juice!!
