This is a tasty, easy to make soup recipe. My husband loved it. The next time I make it however, I would reduce the amount of rice. The recipe calls for 2 cups and I only use 1 1/2 but still found that to be too much. Next time I will only use 1 cup of uncooked rice.

This soup was delicious, both my husband and I loved it!!! However, the one problem I found was that the orzo pasta sucked up most of the broth. The next time I make it, I would use half as much of the orzo pasta or perhaps cook the pasta separately and add it to the bowls when serving. Other than that this recipe was fantastic. I would definitely recommend trying this recipe.

Although the muffins themselves tasted fine, the topping was a real flop!! Most of the topping melted and ran down the sides of the muffins and left them with a kind of burnt sugar taste around the edges. Also, they were kind of flat. I would recommend doubling this recipe if you want normal sized muffins.
