Out of this World Turkey Brine
Awesome!!! Everybody loved the turkey. The brine made the turkey super moist and tasty. I used a 20# turkey and brined for two days. Some seasoned softened butter on top and under the skin then in the oven for 30 minutes at 500 deg. Reduced temp to 325 deg and covered with foil. Cooked for additional 4 hrs basting every hour. Removed from the oven and let rest covered for 45 minutes. The rest is history!!! I actually have a 20# bird brining right now that I will be putting in the smoker in the morning. Enjoy this one...it's a winner!

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast
Wow! Happy New Year welcomes this recipe. What a big hit. I can't wait for the next holiday so I can make this again. I combined fresh crushed garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and seasoned salt and rubbed that mixture on the roast before heavily salting.Cooked it just like the recipe states. Came out perfect @ 145 degrees. Make sure you have enough for leftovers. I slice what's left into half inch pieces and put them on the grill to reheat. WOW!!! Enjoy
