Homestyle Meatloaf
didn't have any oats or mustard, so I just left the mustard out of it and threw in some instant rice instead of the oats. Came out great.

Beer Battered Chicken
I ran out of batter and just fried the rest of my strips with nothing but the dredge on them... tasted better anyway.
