I have 2 teenage boys who are both picky eaters and like opposite foods. One is eats only chicken and fish (same as me). The other one is a red meat eater (same as my husband). My husband and I both work full time and we like to cook at home but at times it is difficult to balance a good meal when our time is limited. Healthy meals that have fresh items, very minimal canned items. none in particular.
