Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
We really enjoyed this recipe. A friend gave us a huge container of spinach as well as a handful of clementines. Using what I had in the house: used 3 cuties, and added feta, chix and One Ton chips to my salad. We didn't have cranberries or almonds. We all loved it! Thank you!

Roasted Vegetables
Used what I had, 1 package of Costco butternut squash, 3 potatoes, 3 cloves garlic, 2 sm onions. Wonderful.

Pumpkin Coffee Cake
I used 1 1/2 pumpkin, as I didn't have any sour cream - came out fabulous. I will add a little more spice next time around. Family loved it!
