Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies
This dough was easy to work with, but I felt it didn't have much flavor. Kind of doughy tasting. Maybe I'm spoiled by Grandma's recipe.

Rhubarb Blueberry Muffins
I'm trying to get some more flavors into my son's diet and thought i would give this a try. He likes rhubarb, but blueberries are what's hard. I made mini-muffins and before I could get them cooled, he had eaten 4! Great recipe!!

Rhubarb Pudding
I was looking for a quick recipe and I didn't have much on hand. This worked great! I agree that I might use a little less sugar next time. My son loved it!
