Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
I love this recipe. I used it for the first time I made chili. I now use it as a base recipe, and just play around with it. I never use salsa though, just didn't prefer it. I add alot of chili powder, garlic, onion, etc. It's a very good, thick, hearty chili. We always top it with sour cream and cheddar, and eat it with crackers. I've also cooked it in the slow cooker instead of the stove top, after I browned the meat of course.
