About this Cook
i've been cooking since i was 18. i've either learned from friends or the food network. it was the only channel i watched when i was pregnant with my daughter. i was in a mishap that left me with bad fine motor skills so now i have to be careful with knives and working on stoves and using ovens. if anyone has any fast meals with no knives needed please share.

Baked Spaghetti
i made this recipe for a group of friends last night and everyont LOVED it! i used turkey instead of beef and while i browned it i added 3 cloves of garlic and fresh sage and a little red pepper flakes for some heat. it was yummy! i will use this recipe again and maybe add some mushrooms and green peppers. oh and if you just spray the pan with non stick cooking spray it comes out just fine.
