I love this recipe! We use blsl chicken thighs and it is great every time. I was originally just looking for a way to use up the giant jar of capers we got at the food warehouse but we make this about every other week.

Playgroup Granola Bars

I and my whole extended family really likes these bars. I of course used mini chips instead of raisins, (I always do) and found it was important to cut while warm. Mine were done after only about 23 minutes so check often. Thanks for the recipe and the cute title, my three year old likes them a lot!~

Corn Spoon Bread

I loved this. I ate a big bowl of it for lunch the day after Thanksgiving. Really great side dish for holiday dinner. Don't try to put into a 2 quart slow cooker. It will fit but it EXPANDS as is cooks. We had to take some out so it wouldn't overflow. Still great though and frees up oven space!

Broccoli with Garlic and Cashews

This was sooo good! I don't really like broccoli all that much but I had thirds of this. Next time I'll turn it into a main dish with chicken chunks and serve over rice!

Stuffed Shells IV

I do not like reviewing recipes that I have changed. Having said that I will now offer my opinion. This was very very good after a few modifications. Adding seasonings (2T italian and 1t oregano) as well as doubling the garlic was a start. I subbed Fat Free ricotta for the cottage cheese and otherwise followed the directions. I have about 3 more meals in the freezer now. My son, who is 4, ate 3 of the shells. I only ate 2. I could not belive how he gobbled up this dish with spinach and mushrooms! I am still in shock and can't wait to share this with the moms in my wednesday group! Thanks for the great recipe and please don't hesitate to try this! The prep can be shared with kids and then they eat a ton!

Cranberry Pork Roast

I liked that I could use up the cranberry relish from thanksgiving, but the sauce didn't really have much body to it for serving with the meat. It tasted good and was a nice change of pace.

Grilled Onion Potatoes

Dry Ranch Style Seasoning for Dip or Dressing

This is a great zesty mix that is good as either the dip or dressing. We adjust fat content by using low or no fat mayo or sour cream and low fat buttermilk. We make it it bulk so we always have the mix on hand. Thanks for this great recipe!

Green Bean Stir-Fry

I love this recipe! So easy and quick! I haven't liked beans since we had to pick them from the garden and eat them all the time. I actually had seconds of these beans! I did steam them rather than stir frying to reduce the fat content so I can't really call it green bean stir-fry anymore, but I am so glad to have the recipe for the sauce, I wanted to go ahead and review it in the hopes that floks don't miss out on this tasty treat!

Tender Potato Biscuits

I was a bit skeptical when I saw this recipe but I tried it and it is GREAT! I only had whole wheat flour on hand and I used leftover garlic mashed potatos and they were lighter than any other biscuits I've tried to make with WW flour. I am glad I tried this recipe. It made almost twice as many biscuits as was listed but they are so good I am glad to eat them again tomorrow.
