Beer Beef Stew II
This was very good. I put a packet of spicy chili seasonings rather than the chili sauce to give it a spicier kick. I also used a dark beer and used a full 12 ounces. Cooked approx 6 hours on high. I will make again.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This spaghetti sauce was incredible! We loved it. I did pre-cook the meatballs first which I think added just a little more flavor, and I did use a little more garlic than was called for. Not that it needed it really, just personal preference. Will definitely make this one again!
