Baked Coconut Chicken

It was absolutely delicious. My whole family loved it. I marinated the chicken in the coconut milk for 1 1/2 days. Next time I think I'll put 1/2 c of coconut shreds.

Creamy Chicken Bake

I followed the recipe almost exactly to what it said. It was very easy to make and absolutely delicious. I used fresh parmasan cheese and mushroom. My whole family loved it.
