Simple Mexican Rice
This rice is a good start, but it needs a little something more to be truly tasty. I loved it once I put sour cream, hot sauce, and shredded cheddar on it.

Marshmallow Fondant
This recipe was my first attempt at fondant, and it actually tasted good! I made a cake for a bridal shower, and everyone raved about the cake (appearance and taste) saying they never thought fondant could taste good. I highly recommend giving this a try, it really is easy!

Baked Potato Soup
So good! It also tastes great with vegetable broth and minus the bacon (although the bacon certainly is a nice touch!).
