Chicken Pot Pie IX
Very good, tasty and easy to prepare. I made four individual pot pies from this recipe, omitting the bottom crust and just rolling the dough from the frozen pie crusts to cover each pie. Next time I will increase the amounts of the ingredients to make 6. I used Corning Ware soup bowls and this was a sufficient amount for individual servings. Just added a salad and there's dinner! Definitely a keeper!
