It's worth repeating that this is a good basic recipe. I should have added more cornstarch to thicken. You can add just about anything to this recipe. I added peppers and snow peas and I should have added water chestnusts for the crunch. I served it over brown rice. Delicious! My husband really loved it!!

Very good, tasty and easy to prepare. I made four individual pot pies from this recipe, omitting the bottom crust and just rolling the dough from the frozen pie crusts to cover each pie. Next time I will increase the amounts of the ingredients to make 6. I used Corning Ware soup bowls and this was a sufficient amount for individual servings. Just added a salad and there's dinner! Definitely a keeper!

Wow! These are the most delicious stuffed jalapenos I've ever tasted. I was so curious about the cream cheese and the other ingredients...different from the usual cheese. I used the sunflower oil packed, but didn't realize it at the time that I bought it. I really squeezed the oil out with a paper towel as much as possible. I oven roasted them and I am definitely sharing this recipe. Very,very tasty!!
