I am a wife (of a wonderful husband) and mother of two great girls, 10 and 14. I have lived in Wyoming most of my life, although I have lived in other states when I much younger like Idaho, Oregon and California. I love spicy foods, chili's, salsas and anything hot! Every year we try to come up with a new theme for Christmas Eve dinner (because we know it's going to be Turkey on Xmas day). So far it's been Mexican, Chinese, French Dips and of course Prime. Easter is chocolate dipped fruit of any kind and build your own something, so that we can all enjoy the day. The best Green Chili that I have been asked to make over and over Too many to list.
