Green Pepper Pork Chops
I don't know if it was because I didn't use Browning sauce (I substituted a little Soy Sauce and Worc. Sauce), but I found these to be very bland. I also added in sauted garlic as suggested by others. I did follow the directions and add enough water to cover the chops. I felt that this was too much and may have been on reason that there was not much flavor. The smelled delicious while cooking, though. I ended up sprinkling mine with Cajun seasonings (read that here in a review) just to add some flavor. That helped.

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
I'm not a big cream sauce (except vodka cream sauce), but this was very good. I used jarred roasted peppers due to time constraints. I also cut the half and half down by about 1/2 cup (or less) and added a little cornstarch to it before adding to the sauce as another reviewer suggested. I thought it was a tiny bit too thick so I would try without the cornstarch next time. One thing I will play around with is giving it some kick. It was good, but slightly bland. My 8 year old loved it. My husband said he really liked it because the peppers didn't overpower the sauce. This would be delicious with some grilled chicken added.

Gingerbread Cookies II
I'm sorry to give a bad review, but my husband even said they taste like cardboard with some spices. I wish I only tried half a recipe.
