Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
2nd time making this recipe. Used a little less oil for onions and garlic, crushed canned tomatoes (instead of whole), a can of diced tomatoes, italian seasoned bread crumbs(instead of fresh plain), and 2 eggs (instead of 1). Entire family raved!

Spanakopita II
Great! First time using phyllo and it was a little challenging but well worth it. I used 2 eggs instead of 4, 1 large onion instead of 2, sauteed some garlic with it and included some parm cheese as well.

Egg in a Hole
5 stars for being easy and tasty. I toasted the holes along side and used them for mopping up the yolk. Might crack my egg a little sooner next time to ensure completely done whites.
