Chicken Piccata with Angel Hair Pasta

Nobody liked this dish in my family. I followed the recipe exact except for adding some Tony's seasoning to the flour. To my surprise, the noodles had little to no flavor, and the chicken had an overpowering flavor of lemon. This recipe isn't even worth doctoring.

Baby Back Ribs

These ribs definitely need a rub before the BBQ sauce is added. They really weren't all that tender, and I cooked them as the recipe stated...except for putting them on the grill for that last few minutes. The meat was fairly bland, but we were able to drown them in BBQ sauce. Will try again but with a rub.

Ground Beef Bar-b-que

I made these as loose hamburgers as other reviewers did. I never really cared too much for sloppy joes, but this is a great alternative. Both of my kids loved it, so I guess it's keeper! Very quick and very easy!
