A different twist on the typical Roast Turkey. The taste was very good, the meat was extremely moist which was very nice. The important part of this recipe to definitely cook down the vinegar and syrup until it reaches the 1/2 cup or it will not solidify completely making it more liquidy than a butter consistency when you rub it under the skin and on top.

Prime Rib Roast

I made this recipe for New Years Eve dinner and what a way to close out a year! This was by far the most delicious piece of meat I've had! I marinated it over night and though I didn't have fresh ginger I added dry and it tasted awesome. My family loved it too. Moist, tasty and easy!

Bistec Encebollao

Very easy to make. Meat was very moist. I cut a london broil that I didn't have time to grill. The only downside was that the vinegar gave it such a tangy taste. I had to add a pinch or two of sugar to calm the taste down. It worked though. I served it over rice. Not a spoonful left in the pan so I think it went over well!

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

This was by far the best Sausage and Pepper recipe I've ever made. No grease and it was very tasty. My husband loved it as did my daughter! I made it for a company function, increased the recipe in order to serve 21 and it worked great. One change I did make was that I used half Turkey Sausage and half regular sausage. Tasted great!
