Shrimp Verde
I made this last night for my family, and they raved about it. It was delicious! Tasted like something that would come from a restaurant, and very simple to make. Will make this one again.

Chicken Fried Steak Cuban Style
I thought this was really good and simple. I did not fry them in the amount of oil specified, just enough to coat the pan. The lemon was a nice twist at the end. I served mine with buttered egg noodles on the side. Yummy.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
