Cranberry Pork Roast
This was ok. I will definately make it again, but would probably marinate the meat first, it was very bland and dry. I also think the orange peel out flavored the other ingredients which was just a personal distaste. I only made a half recipe, it took 3 hours and 50 minutes on low in the crockpot. Will definately make again but I will certainly deviate from the ingredients recommended. Thanks!
