J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
This is my go to recipe for making biscuits. My family will gobble this all up as soon as it comes out of the oven. I actually cut the dough into half the size that the recipes calls for and it comes out to a normal sized biscuit. Plus I get twice the amount for the same effort. I'm a lazy biscuit maker so I just drop the dough by spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and they taste just as great. I even accidentally forgot to add the sugar and they still are wonderful. Great recipe and a sure keeper!

Jamie's Minestrone
I am not really a tomato based soup eater, but I LOVE this recipe! The only addition I make is adding 1 lb. of browned and seasoned ground beef. I make 3 or 4 batches at a time, cool and freeze them in gallon sized zip loc bags. When I need a quick meal I thaw it out and heat it up. So yummy! My whole family likes it too. Which is a hard one to find with 3 kids 7 and younger.
