Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Rice
Really liked it and I am not typically a fan of pork chops. They came out so tender!

Sausage Spanish Rice
Thought it needed something, but not sure what. I chose mild salsa and taco flavoring, so maybe I'll increase to medium or hot. Definitely will try it again, though.
