I suppose all you need to know about me is that I love to cook. :) I think that cooking is a true art and that flavors and textures and pairings should be explored and created and enjoyed. Pizzas, pastas (with homemade sauces), lamb, chicken, Mexican food, southern food, soups, etc etc etc. My grandmother taught me how to cook without recipes or measuring. But I'll try to approximate measurements for allrecipes. haha. Everytime I entertain and people won't leave without getting my recipes, I consider that a personal triumph. Sometimes my made-from-scratch cookies have turned out very, very wrong. I'm not the greatest baker. :)
