Heavenly Chocolate Mousse
I have never made a chocolage mousse before and was a little nervous to try for Christmas Eve dinner, but it turned out even better than I imagined. I had to double the receipe for 2 people and it was just the right amount. Everyone raved out it and I will definitely make again.

Sausage Egg Squares
I made this for Christmas morning and everyone loved it! My husband is leery of any "low-fat" type recipe, so I did not tell him what the ingredient were and he gobbled it up. We had a few leftover squares and heated them up the next morning and I think it was even better. My only question is, I wonder if it can be made up ahead of time, and then just popped into the oven the next morning?

Glazed Dijon Carrots
I made these for Christmas Eve dinner and they were a hit! I substituted Honey Mustard for the Dijon Mustard, not sure how much of a difference that made, but I doubled the recipe and there were no leftovers :)
