I just found my love for cooking, since I got married in June '07. I love making meals for my family. My husband and I have two daughters (16 and 11 years old) and we have one little baby boy on the way!

I love crockpot meals! They are so warm, yummy and easy for the working mom.
My favorite family cooking traditions
For each family member's birthday, they pick their whole meal...their choice! I love making all their favorites and seeing their smiling faces!

Hot Buffalo Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwich
This was a great sandwich! We left off the onions, because I didn't have any and I doubled the hot wing sauce. Other than that, made it just as said and we enjoyed it! Will definately make again!

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
I made this for my husband's Christmas Party at work this year. It was hit...no leftovers. I made it exactly how the recipe followed and received lots of compliments. Different from the normal "broc-rice casserole." Nice change!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Made this for dinner tonight and the family LOVED it! My husband said to make sure and keep this receipe handy for the lent season. A hit! Easy and fast. I barely had time to have my sides ready, when the fish was done. Quick and easy and takes no time.
