Slow Cooker Enchiladas
This was really good! My only complaint-and it's really more of my husband's complaint than mine-it needs more ground beef. I'll use two pounds next time. Also, I didn't get the seasoning and water put in, so I added an extra half-can of "cream of" soup and it turned out great! I will use a mild salsa next time, as well-but it's nice you can fiddle with the heat level depending on the salsa you use.
