This is really good and surprisingly easy. It makes a whole heck of a lot, though, so if you're a household of two like we are, cut it in half or even in quarters. I froze half of the last batch so we'll so how well the pasta holds up!

This is really quite good, particularly given how easy it is. It's a great recipe if you're one of us folks from the midwest who like their chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes. Sometimes I have to thicken it up a bit for that purpose, but it works for it and is quite tasty. It also opens itself up to interesting additions like veggies!
