Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This was hands-down the best chili my husband & I have ever had. I didn't have the sausage so only used ground beef. Packed full of flavor & absolutely delicious.

Kneophla, Potatoes and Sauerkraut

This was good, but I thought there was way too much knoephla for the dish. Next time i will cut the dumpling recipe in half, use the same amount of potatoes & sauerkraut (I did not drain the juice), and add smoked sausage.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

I made this recipe as is, and it was WAY too sweet. I added a ton of garlic salt after reading a couple or reviews & it was much better. Next time I will only add 1/2 the honey.
