this cake turned out really light and fluffy..with a great crust from the brown sugar..this was my first attempt at baking a pineapple upside down cake..and i was very pleased...
my cake stuck to the sides a bit..so when i flipped it out..it didn't look as nice.but it taste wonderful! i just sliced the cake up and no one knew it flipped out horribly! :)
