Chicken a la King III
This was excellent and easy. I reduced calories and fat by using light sour cream and poured finished a la King over light (90 calorie) toasted English muffins. I also added some onion and peas to bulk up the veggies. Absolutely delicious.

Tuna Pasta Salad
This recipe works for a crowd. Use defrosted frozen peas (very tasty) and add some chopped celery if you have it. Make a dressing of milk, light mayo, a bit of cole slaw dressing if you like for added creaminess and sweetness, and a bit of dill relish or chopped dills with some of the juice. You can also throw in a can of potato sticks to add some crunch. This should be served chilled.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
This is tasty and easy. It cuts beautifully, so the presentation is terrific, too. The recipe I follow calls for two cups of pineapple juice heated to boiling to prepare the Jello layer instead of water. It adds a nice flavor. I agree with other reviewers: Do not overbake the crust. Ten minutes is it!
