Sy's Challah
I substituted whole wheat flour and added extra water and oil to compensate for that. It came out delicious. The double rising is key.

Simple Scones
i accidentally used whole grain pastry flour, and they still came out very tender, and tasted great several hours later! also, i did dried cranberries and white chocolate chips and cut them out with a heart shaped cookie cutter.

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip
i made it with lowfat mayo, lite sour cream, and lowfat cream cheese, added some fresh pepper and sea salt, and it was very tasty! also, i used frozen artichoke hearts instead of canned.
