Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos
Okay, I am only giving it four stars because I had to make some changes. With my changes, this recipe is five stars. I didn't have any green onions so I didn't include them. I also didn't have fresh garlic, so I used minced garlic instead. When the chicken was almost done, I added taco seasoning for additional taste. It was great! Also, I baked the chips for 12 minutes prior to adding the chicken mixture. Lastly, I added black beans to my mixture. The recipe turned out great with my changes. If you want a little healthier dish, add lettuce as well.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
I tweaked this recipe a little bit. I fried my chicken wings without the flour and when they were done, I tossed them in the sauce. It turned out good but next time I will not use as much butter for the sauce because it took away from the "heat" that we love.

Sweet Potato Pie I
This recipe was excellent. I did a little tweaking to fit my taste. Instead of using all white sugar, I used 1/2 brown and 1/2 white. Then I added a little honey for extra flavor. Also, instead of using regular milk, I used evaporated milk. Also, we like the bottom part of the crust to be a little dark. So I baked the pie shells for a little bit before added the filling. The pies came out great! My husband has already asked me to make two more tonight.
