Green Bean Casserole II
Classic and yummy, but not as flavorful as I would have liked. I had to add quite a lot of pepper. It feels like it's missing an ingredient...

Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
I left out the nuts, and they were still good. They were still a little flat as far as cookies go, even though I added salt and extra baking powder, but everyone loved them anyway.
