It really depends on my mood. If I'm feeling it, I'll make it :) I get really inspired by things I've had in restaurants or see on Food Network, so I like to put my own twist to it. I'm really into simple, clean and fresh right now... but also enjoy more time consuming and technical dishes/desserts. Meatloaf and Lasagna with my brother... the best recipes ever! * My first lemon meringue pie at the age of 7... it came out perfect with my Oma overseeing every step ;) * My first batch of homemade, whole wheat bread! * Thanksgiving for 30 people at my house in 2005 :D
