This was great! We didn't change a thing from the recipe except we use Colby-jack instead of the American. All the men at the table were in Heaven and I even got some compliments from the ladies for the dish.

I've made a few Meatloafs from this site. This was one of the better ones we tried. The big change I made while cooking was to cook 4 smaller loafs on a wire rack on top of a drip pan and not in a loaf pan. All the drippings and grease were at the bottom of the pan. We dressed the loafs with the ketchup/brown suger mixture twice during the cooking. All and all, it turned out very well. Hope this helps.
