Brownie Bottom Cheesecake
I've seen this recipe before, except instead of making the brownies from scratch it called for using a mix. It turns out so good, and is much less time consuming! You just have to bake the brownie layer for the time of a 9x9 pan on the box. I always decorate it with a ring of sliced kiwi around the edge and cherry pie filling in the middle. Perfect for Christmas.

Black 'n' White Cheesecake Bars
Very very delicious! I made them for a work function, and everyone devoured them. I baked them in a glass 13x9 pan as one reviewer mentioned, and they did come out easily. Also, I used a piece of wax paper to press the crust firmly into the bottom of the pan. I think that's why my crust didn't crumble when removing the bars. The crust was a little firm, but not too hard that it couldn't be cut as some users mentioned. I will definitely make this recipe again!

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
I have made this recipe many, many times and it always comes out GREAT! Everyone raves about it and they can't believe when I tell them that it's only 2 ingredients and the corned beef. I cook it in the slow cooker. I put it in on high for an hour and a half, then on low for the rest of the day (about 6 and a half more hours). It comes out so moist and delicious. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!
