Pepperoni Casserole
This was sooooooo Good!!! I layered the mozzarella and cottage cheese in between it made it even better!!! Next time I will do the same and add peperoni in the middle too. I used a small green pepper and onion to season the meat more.. Will make again and again.

Restaurant-Style Potato Salad
I really did not like this Potato Salad because it was very bland, but that is the way my BF likes it, and he ate all the leftovers!!!

Bill Clinton's Lemon Chess Pie
My crust came out soggy a litte soggy in spots, but thats my fault. I did not know that I need to bake the crust a few minutes before putting in the filling. Also I think it is because the butter content of the filling. I will make again but I think I will, cut down the butter and use cream the next time I make this pie.
